No. CPR Investments is a property sourcing and matching business. We focus on understanding individual requirements and making relevant introductions rather than marketing properties to the general public.
What areas do you cover?
Our focus is London, and we can identify suitable opportunities elsewhere in the UK where a client's brief requires it.
Do you have access to off-market properties?
Occasionally, discreet or off-market opportunities may arise where they are available and the owner has authorised an introduction. We cannot guarantee access to any particular property.
Can I introduce my property?
Yes. Sellers can share details of their property and objectives. We will consider whether it may be relevant to the requirements we are working on, though we cannot guarantee a buyer or a sale.
